Price Assurance

Bespoke Decorr assures that the prices in this proposal remain valid till a certain time window. Prices may fluctuate for bookings done beyond the predefined time period. The quoted prices pertain exclusively to the particular proposal; any adjustments may result in a price alteration.

Delivery Schedule

We commit to delivering your order on or before the specified delivery date. Alterations to your order or unexpected circumstances may lead to delivery delays.

Order Confirmation

To initiate the production process, Bespoke Decorr requires a 50% payment after you've confirmed your final order.

Taxation & Duties

All prices for Bespoke Decorr's products and services include all relevant taxes.

Service Handling Fee

A handling fee is associated with the design services you engage from our listed designers. This fee is computed as a fixed percentage of the total cost of the products/services (Order). You will be billed for this fee upon the completion of the design scope, finalization of the BOQ, and placement of the order, with a 50% payment. Billing Process

Project billing will be categorized into separate sections for Products and Services based on dispatch, delivery, installation, or milestone completion, as applicable to each order. Product billing may be carried out by our authorized reseller, while Services Invoicing will be handled by our group company, as per the milestone completion. Financial Services

Bespoke Decorr facilitates financial loans and services, but the approvals, processing, and terms are determined solely by the financial entity.

Cancellation and returns

  • The handling fee charged for design services is non-refundable after the BOQ and order have been placed.
  • Non-manufacturing defects and damages occurring after receipt of delivery are not eligible for returns or replacements.
  • Customized and made-to-order furniture pieces purchased from Bespoke Decorr cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product Specifics

  • The colours in digital and 3D images are indicative. Before finalizing finishes and handles, please refer to actual samples at our office.
  • Core materials used in modular and semi-modular solutions are provided by Bespoke Decorr and are NABL-certified.
  • Products supplied by brand partners are subject to availability and may occasionally be unavailable due to inventory stockouts. In such cases, we will offer alternative products within the same price range.
  • If any amount is paid directly to a third-party account (other than the Bespoke Decorr entity), it will be treated as direct buying by the customer, irrespective of whether the vendor was referred by a Bespoke Decorr employee or claims to be associated with Bespoke Decorr.
  • In cases where the client opts for direct purchase of products or services (payment not made to the Bespoke Decorr entity), Bespoke Decorr disclaims any liability, including warranty, unless a separate coordination fee for the paid amounts is charged.
  • Bespoke Decorr will not be responsible for cost, quality, timeliness, or post-sales service (warranty) for such products and services. Any delays or collateral damage in the above scenario shall be the responsibility of the client.
  • For products directly purchased by the client and installed by Bespoke Decorr, Bespoke Decorr takes responsibility only for the re-installation in case of any faults in the product installation.

On-Site Conditions

  • If you intend to retain existing flooring (e.g., tiles, marble), it is advisable to obtain floor protection before commencing work on-site. Floor protection is not included by default in orders but can be purchased separately by placing an order with us.
  • After installation, basic cleaning services will be performed on-site, including dusting, sweeping, mopping of all areas, and removal of packaging materials and debris resulting from installation activities.
  • During civil work on-site, the existing wall paint may be damaged. It is recommended to apply a final coat of paint after completing all interior work. Please consult your builder, as Bespoke Decorr will undertake painting activities only upon a separate order placement.
  • Deep cleaning with mechanical equipment is available as a paid service. You can raise an order to avail of this service.

Delivery & Installation

The confirmed move-in-date (delivery) is calculated based on the completion of the following activities (Full Order Confirmation Date):

  • Customer and Bespoke Decorr's signed-off designs.
  • Full payment of the 50% milestone.
  • Site handover by the customer to Bespoke Decorr to commence work.
  • Move-in Definition: A project is considered ready for move-in if the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms are functional. In projects with minor snags (such as replacement of a part or whole of a functional unit, delayed supply of a free-standing unit/product, snags in false ceiling/finishing/electrical works, etc.), the home is still considered ready for move-in, as long as the snags do not affect the functionality of the home.

45-Day Delivery Guarantee

Depending on the scope of work, you may be eligible for a 45-day delivery guarantee from the Full Order Confirmation Date. This guarantee applies exclusively to projects that include

  • Modular Kitchen/Wardrobes + standard services." Standard services encompass the following activities: false ceiling, standard electrical works, countertops, appliances, lighting, and basic cleaning.
  • Customized modular kitchen/wardrobes may require an additional 15 days for delivery.
  • For any other scope of work beyond the mentioned criteria, a confirmed move-in date will be communicated in the Project schedule after all sales orders are raised. The fixed 45-day delivery guarantee does not apply in such cases.
  • If we are unable to deliver your home as per the committed delivery date, you will be entitled to a delay penalty as applicable. Detailed terms and conditions for the same are mentioned below.

Delay Compensation Policy

  • Our Delay Compensation Policy pertains to instances where the move-in date extends beyond 15 days from the originally confirmed date, as communicated in the Project Schedule post-sales order processing.
  • The compensation incurred for each day of delay after the initial 15 days, following the agreed move-in date, equals 0.1% of the overall Project value. This compensation is capped at a maximum of 3% of the total Project value.
  • The compensation will be refunded to the customer's designated bank account once the project handover is successfully executed, and all outstanding payments against the orders are settled.

Condition for Delay Compensation Exemption

  • In the event of any design alterations or modifications following the communication of the move-in date to the customer, including an expansion of the scope of work.
  • If the project entails work by the customer or necessitates approvals from local authorities, Apartments, or Associations, which are the customer's responsibility. Delays arising from the customer's end in managing these dependent activities will not qualify for compensation.
  • In situations where access to the site is impeded or delayed, causing a setback in the execution of work by Bespoke Decorr or our partnering entities involved in the scope of work.
  • In case of an absence of consistent, uninterrupted power or water supply to the site during the execution phase.
  • In the event of non-payment or partial payment by the customer or any deviation from the payment milestones.
  • If there are concurrent third-party activities at the site alongside Bespoke Decorr.
  • Bespoke Decorr shall not bear responsibility for delay compensation in cases where production or delivery delays arise for products ordered from third-party/marketplace brands (brands other than Bespoke Decorr).
  • Compensation exemption will also apply during situations classified as force majeure events.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • During the design stage: Customers may modify or eliminate any product listed in the tentative BoQ while engaging in discussions with their design team, provided these changes occur before the order is placed.
  • During the order stage: Given that each item is tailored to the order, Bespoke Decorr is unable to cancel, substitute, or revise items once an order is placed. However, rest assured that your design team will thoroughly discuss all items with you before initiating orders.

In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product at the time of delivery, or if it does not conform to our original specifications, customers have the following choices for product return:

  • Rectification/Replacement of the returned product.
  • Exchange with another product. If the new product's value surpasses that of the returned item, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional amount. If the new product's value is lower than that of the returned product, the excess amount will be refunded, or store credit will be provided, as appropriate.
  • Receipt of store credit in the customer's Bespoke Decorr account, equating to the value of the returned product.
  • To initiate a return, kindly contact us at care@bespokedecorr.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return, Exchange & Refund

  • All products must be returned in an unused condition, accompanied by their original price tags and labels.
  • The original invoice should be presented when returning the merchandise.
  • Please note that customized and made-to-order furniture pieces procured from Bespoke Decorr are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Products that exhibit non-manufacturing defects or damage post-delivery are disqualified for returns or replacements.
  • It is important to recognize that modular kitchens and wardrobes, being customized, are not subject to return or exchange.
  • The returns policy is not applicable to services.

Bespoke Decorr Quality Assurance

  • The Bespoke Decorr warranty guarantees protection against defects in materials and workmanship for a specified duration, contingent on the scope of the project, starting from the move-in date.
  • Should any product be found defective upon inspection by an authorized company representative, the faulty component will be repaired, rectified, or replaced as required.
  • We extend an exceptional FLAT 10-Year Warranty to all modular and semi-modular woodwork, encompassing Kitchen, Wardrobes, and Storage units.
  • All cabinets, shutters, drawers, and panels benefit from a 100% free repair or replacement policy throughout the entire 10-year warranty period.
  • Accessories, hardware, and appliances adhere to the respective Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy.
  • Services performed by Bespoke Decorr, such as painting, false ceiling, and electrical works, are eligible for up to a 1-year warranty.
  • Upholstered sofas qualify for up to 3 years of warranty, while beds, accent chairs, and benches are covered for up to 1 year.
  • Warranty activation commences from the customer's move-in date (defined earlier).

  • Cabinets, shutters, drawers, and panels: 10 Years Warranty - 100% replacement, free of cost.
  • Wire accessories, cutlery trays, mats, waste bins: As per manufacturer warranty. Notify Bespoke Decorr within 3 days of any defect that comes to notice.
  • Handles and knobs: As per manufacturer warranty. Notify Bespoke Decorr within 3 days of any defect that comes to notice.
  • Blum, Hafele & Hettich hardware: As per manufacturer warranty. Notify Bespoke Decorr within 3 days of any defect that comes to notice.
  • Appliances: As per manufacturer warranty. Notify Bespoke Decorr within 3 days of any defect that comes to notice.
  • Countertop: No warranty claim once sold. NA
  • Lighting accessories: No warranty claim once sold. NA
  • Mirror, Glass, or other fragile item: No warranty claim once sold. NA

Exclusion Cases

  • The warranty excludes damages resulting from accidents, abnormal use, extreme temperatures, continuous contact with water, high moisture levels, or the use of harsh and/or abrasive cleaning chemicals.
  • Defects arising from factors beyond the control of Bespoke Decorr, including but not limited to Acts of God, customer abuse or negligence, normal wear and tear, rusting, surfaces with contaminants, or previous structural or coating defects.
  • For products covered by a manufacturer warranty, inspections must be conducted by the brand technician, and Bespoke Decorr will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the user due to defects or delays in providing the service. All additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer exclusively.
